From an article published on line by KENS Channel 5, San Antonio describing the event in 2012:

Months of practice are over! Nearly two dozen young women officially entered the Court of Timeless Treasures during a coronation ceremony held by The Order of the Alamo on Wednesday night. The queen, princess and duchesses were all escorted by young dukes, who were charged with the duty of rolling up and carrying the trains of the women’s dazzling dresses. Each custom gown is worth tens of thousands of dollars. Royal flag bearers, stage pages, portal pages and ramp pages make up the youngest members of the court. The first Order of the Alamo coronation was held in 1909.
